MQT's speculative suites respond to seismic workplace shifts, moving from rigid corporate models toward human-centric design philosophy that fosters happiness, productivity, and functionality. We created diverse tenant solutions—a cohesive single-tenant floor fostering unity and identity, plus four distinct suites with unique characters for smaller tenants. Our ongoing sensory design research ensures comfort and accessibility for all, whilst WELL and sustainability principles are embedded fundamentally rather than retrofitted, creating spaces designed for resilience over mere flexibility.
Human-Centric Sensory Integration
Our sensory design research shapes environments catering to diverse neurological needs, ensuring genuine comfort and accessibility. Easy-to-use spaces designed for humanity naturally foster happiness, which drives both productivity and functionality—proving that prioritising people creates better business outcomes.
"We believe that easy-to-use spaces designed for humanity foster happiness, which in turn drives productivity and functionality. This guiding principle informs every aspect of the suites, from the flow of the space to the choice of materials."
