Hobsons Bay's civic centre transformation reflects their commitment to transparency, agility, and community connection. Through intensive consultation involving 400 people across workshops, focus groups, and individual interviews, we created environments that exceed accessibility standards whilst implementing neurodiversity design principles. The project demonstrates how evidence-based inclusive design serves diverse community needs whilst supporting organisational change and staff wellbeing.
